Nutritional and Holistic Coaching 

If you choose to put good things into your body, your body will do good things for you.  It is crucial to your health that we examine in keen detail your eating habits. 

Ninety percent of the body’s serotonin (the happy hormone) is stored in our gut! Your efforts to improve your health and wellness will be of little use if your body is bogged down with difficult to digest foods, foods low in nutritional value and foods which cause inflammation and a sluggish system. When your gut is functioning properly it sends a positive feedback to your brain reducing stress, increasing serotonin and energy levels!

One X One Coaching

Change is HARD. But having someone to help you through the process, keep you motivated, provide tools and resources for your journey can make all the difference. We meet weekly via skype, facetime, or in person (depending on location) daily to weekly based on the program type. 

I am a firm believer in seemingly opposing ideas…the first being that our past has a lasting impact on what kind of a person we develop into and the other being that our current situations are to no fault but our own.  It is imperative to take a look into your past to understand who you are as a person, but it is equally as important to take responsibility for your life and step up as an active participant instead of playing the victim.  Working together we will shift perspectives, utilize strengths and weaknesses and overcome barriers.  This is a truly transformative process guided with empathy and experience.

I believe it takes a healthy individual to reach out for help.  I also believe that help should be available to everyone.  I offer affordable rates and a flexible payment plan.

ONE WEEK

Designed for those who feel they have the push but simply lack the tools.

This program is a fast tracked dive into everything I have to offer in a comprehensive and intensive format.  It includes 2 yoga classes a day, an objective look into your diet and how you should alter it to better suit your goals, a single drop of materials to watch/reached, meditation, breathing and mindful techniques, multiple coaching sessions a day via Skype and guidance on how to implement sustainable change and growth. 

Suitable for all individuals.  Requires dedication and discipline but I will be with you every step of the way. 

THREE MONTHS

I have seen it a hundred times before…people commit to themselves to change and give it everything they’ve got for about two and a half weeks- one month, tops- but all the sudden they find themselves falling back into old patterns.  If this sounds familiar to you, then this tree month program is for you.  It is designed to hold the attention of that accountability and commitment- keeping your acutely focused on your goals and internal motivation. 

It takes two weeks to break a habit and three months to create a new one. With this program you’ll be sure to experience the fine balance between hard work and rest.  

Designed for those determined to transform their lives but need the support through the tough and discouraging barriers. You might choose this program if you have attempted change many times before but always find an excuse to break the commitment.  We will work together on prioritizing your life and implementing change where necessary.  

This program requires trust, commitment and a willingness to change. You’ll be faced with many moments where you wont want to continue, when you ‘rationalize’ yourself out of yoga practice and when you’ll wonder “well, I am feeling better all ready..maybe I don’t need to continue”.  Trust me, you do. Together we will keep you motivated and focused on your goals.  

SIX MONTHS

An extension of the three months but with the same principals.  This program is more of a drop fed and slower paced initiative to creating transformation in your life. Suitable for individuals with a very busy schedule who are only able to meet a few times a week.  Requires dedication and a constant revisiting of material but this transition is softened with the accountability that I will hold you to.  

The intention of this timeframe is to ease you into Transformation so you can flow with it on your own after our six months is over together.
