My experience and enduring commitment to helping people led me to develop a scienticic base with a holistic and foundational intuitive practice.
I graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy- Canada’s leading massage therapy school- 3000 hour Registered Massage Therapy Course and have been in practice full time since 2013. My approach to massage was heightened and improved when yoga became an unwavering part of my life. Yoga allowed me to apply insightful awareness and proprioception to the kinesiology of the human body. This translated into my practice and allowed me to apply my scientific foundation very efficiently.
I am passionate about my work as an RMT and fascinated by the anatomical and physiological variances in each individual. Practicing in a whole body approach, I aim to create personalized treatment goals, remedial exercises and hydrotherapy to maintain and/or improve quality of life. I utilize a variety of techniques such as myofascial, triggerpoint release, sports massage, Swedish, manual lymph drainage, craniosacral and general ortheopedics. I also work with pre and post natal massage, infant massage, reiki and – most common of the all – remedial massage.
I am humbled and trilled to be apart of a holistic community that strives to better the lives of others and share a sense of connectedness. I bring a warm, devotional, committed and kind energy to all of my patients.
